00:00Today's a really exciting day. Today the joint venture that has existed at the Oberon Sawmill
00:12is changing hands and AKD is purchasing it and so the joint venture has been running for about
00:1925 years. We've been a part owner for seven and we've taken advantage of the opportunity to buy
00:25out the other shareholder and join it into the AKD business. What's it going to mean for Oberon?
00:29I think stability you know so you know a joint venture has two owners two owners you know never
00:36get never as focused on an outcome as one owner and so it means that we'll be investing in this
00:42plant and investing in the people and and you know have a long-term view. AKD has been sawmilling for
00:4770 years so we're not we're not confused about who we are and what we are and we've bought this
00:52because we think it's a fantastic facility and we're looking forward to the opportunities that we can
00:56build on.
