It's official! BTS is back. The record-breaking, chart-topping K-pop group just announced plans for their long-awaited return. In their first group broadcast in nearly three years, the seven-member group took to the Hybe-owned Weverse fan platform for a live stream Tuesday, where they laid out the plan for their post-military enlistment future. BTS told their ARMY, aka their devoted fans, that they're heading to the U.S. this month to begin working on new music that is currently slated for a spring 2026 release.

00:30We'll be releasing a new BTS album in the spring of next year. Starting in July, all seven of us will
00:36begin working closely together on new music. Since it will be a group album, it will reflect each
00:41member's thoughts and ideas. We're approaching the album with the same mindset we had when we first
00:45started. The beloved K-pop group also announced plans for a world tour next year. Exact tour dates
00:51have yet to be announced. They said,
00:52We'll be visiting fans all around the world, so we hope you're as excited as we are.
00:57According to a release, the Tuesday livestream brought in over 7.3 million real-time total views.
