00:00Okay, Shuri, I actually wanted to ask you about something that's going to happen in the year 2030.

00:05Lots of things happening in 2030, of course, but one of them is a goal you've actually set yourselves,

00:10which is to offset enough carbon to be able to reforest an area the size of Germany.

00:15I mean, that is huge. How are you going to do that?

00:18How are you doing with regards to meeting that target as well?

00:22This target is very proportional with the emissions that come from our region.

00:26We're talking about the Middle East and North Africa.

00:30And this is a fair share of our contribution to emissions, relevance to the world.

00:34What we're calling for is to scale the carbon market to be able to offset a fair share of our emissions globally

00:41through carbon markets, which reaches, as I said, different scale of projects.

00:46And it's very important for us is not only to pioneer here in the kingdom,

00:53but to go beyond the kingdom and lead in the region,

00:56which is why, for instance, we went to the Arab Federation of exchanges last month in Tunis,

01:03and we launched a small size auction to make sure that we interconnect with different exchanges

01:09within our region and to increase the liquidity pool for our market.

01:12This is why, and it was very well received, not only from the different exchanges,

01:20from Tunis to Morocco to United Arab Emirates, it was very well received,

01:27but also from the Nigerians, from the African exchanges who came to us afterwards,

01:31and we were talking about connectivity.
