00:07but the owner would need to pay to extend a £10 million floodwall.
00:11The former railway inn on Bakewell Road, Matlock, has been vacant for nine years,
00:16but could now be reopened as a restaurant called the Moot Oak.
00:20Plans filed by Trevor Milner, owner of 4x4 parts company Milner Off-Road,
00:24would see the former 19th century hotel reopened and extended with a restaurant,
00:29complete with Riverside decking and paved roadside courtyard.
00:33Derbyshire Dale's district council is set to make a decision on his planning application in the next few months.
