New Delhi, June 27, 2025 (ANI): Sharply reacting to RSS general secretary Dattatreya Hosabale’s call for changing the Preamble, Bhim Army chief and MP Chandra Shekhar Aazad said, “RSS never accepted the Constitution.” He added, “It’s true that the RSS never accepted the Constitution… But everyone must accept it, as the Constitution is supreme. I would like to thank Baba Saheb Ambedkar for giving us this Constitution.” While delivering a speech on June 26, Hosabale remarked that during the Emergency, terms like "Socialism" and "Secularism" were forcibly inserted into the Constitution -- a move that needs to be reconsidered today.
