00:14Yes, I thought of going to speak to him and then I thought he looked very peaceful. I would probably leave him alone. He wasn't very well a few weeks ago. We were a bit worried. We hadn't seen him very much.
00:26But I think he is probably the most popular inhabitant of Downing Street. Prime ministers come and go. But everybody that visits wants to speak to Larry. And as we know, he's a very, very big star.
