Police have obtained closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage to aid in the search for the suspect in the murder of a 20-year-old university student at a hostel in Cyberjaya, Selangor.

Selangor Police Chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan said the footage, collected from multiple sources and nearby locations, is being used to identify the suspect and narrow down their possible whereabouts.

01:07and urging for a fair and transparent investigation. The victim, a Bachelor of Physiotherapy student from
01:14Kuching, Sarawak, was found unconscious with visible injuries by a friend at around 10 a.m.
01:20on Tuesday. She had been staying alone in the hostel since June 21st after her five housemates left
01:27for the holidays, as she remained to prepare for an upcoming examination.
