Boy with down syndrome bullied, robbed at playground

Two suspects have been arrested after a video of them bullying a teenager with down syndrome went viral.
The suspects also stole a bag and a mobile phone belonging to the victim.
The incident took place at a playground in Taman Sri Kluang, Kluang.
Kluang district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohamad Laham said the victim's father lodged a police report after seeing the viral video.
Police have arrested the suspect seen in the video, as well as the person who recorded the video in an operation on Tuesday night.
The case is being investigated under Section 382 of the Penal Code.
