24:55looks homey it looks pretty elegant modern and comfortable and has a little touch of cowboy flair
25:03it's a little sprinkle of us i really think we made the apartment look as good as it possibly can

25:17hey guys it is two tired parents coming at you from the cabin we are pretty much over being here and
25:25ready to be home can you see it in our faces the walls are closing in though seven people in the two
25:30bedroom place is going to be a lot and and it's time to be home we can we can't wait all right what do
25:36you got going on here i'm arts and crafting i want to be part of it stacy and nick had such a
25:43good idea with their disrespect jar yeah but they had wrote it out just with marker i'm going to
25:48elevate that idea into multiple boxes and also go along with the design of the kitchen and making
25:54these little black boxes adorable and that can be changed out oh my gosh yes so like this one says i didn't
26:00flush but you can change out the vinyl i feel like as your kids age they need different things right
26:07okay i want to know how to make these so that i can make some for our house no you're not making them
26:11they're going to be just targeted toward me oops i left the trash right above the trash can that's you
26:18oops i left a wet paper towel sitting out oops i ordered 16 packages today instead of none none of these
26:23have oops we keep saying oops that's true oh my gosh this kitchen last time we were fiddling with
26:38the island still so i didn't get to see it in its place it looks amazing okay well i just have slight
26:42concern okay vent hood when we first gave dante the design originally we just gave him the size of the
26:48vent hood and told him to wrap it but i don't think we specified how thick to make that and after
26:54seeing cabinets in here these cabinets they bought up right next to the vent hood there's only a small
26:59gap so you're worried that it's not going to slide in next i'm worried it's not going to slide in next
27:03to the cabinets uh if this doesn't fit it's going to put us back even like a slight delay is a big deal
27:10i think dante is just bringing here and we need to check it out i'm just going to cross my fingers hope for
27:14the best and the sooner we can get them out here the better just so we know and can figure anything
27:20out if we need to no i understand that i was actually coming in here in a good mood i actually
27:25heard back from the apartment we staged and 10 people rented apartments after seeing how we staged
27:31that floor plan oh look at that look at us that was quick too that was quick so all right
27:37that's the good news and i'm gonna be happy about that we know how to get down here in small town
27:46aubry is in the milestone age she definitely is coming into her own it's been fun to see like
27:52who she's turning into i love surprises and now that we found aubry the perfect car we are going to
27:59surprise aubry when she gets home from school i'm stressed i'm literally watching her she's like
28:03two miles away okay you need to go take the car and go pick up watson and lane it's just so crazy
28:08to think of your child driving i'm happy for her to get her license i'm excited for her but it's also

28:49practice drive since you just turned 15 and you just got your license which is crazy

30:13a lot of things going through my mind like is the vent hood gonna fit is it gonna be the wow moment
30:19that we're hoping it to be there's a lot of things that you really won't know for sure
30:24until it's in place up and in just go for it go nice and easy over here all right you ready i'm
30:30ready when you are three yeah this thing is huge yeah it is oh wait no wait oh my god dang dude it
30:45doesn't fit between the cabinets and the vent hood there is not that much space so now we're
30:52realizing dante's gonna have to modify what he's made already and i just have to cut a little bit off
30:57at least an inch on each side and just with some breathing room once it gets that
31:02flat black paint on it it's gonna look really nice
31:06oh my gosh the railing is so good doesn't it look at that oh she's sturdy ain't going nowhere
31:22everything's up to code look at that it looks great much better is that the light our little entry light
31:28this thing ain't little i have to see the chandelier that i got for the entryway
31:32but to make sure it's the right size the one that they had before is just dinky so i have to see
31:37the new one hold that this thing is huge oh my god is it gonna fit upstairs babe wait wait wait wait
31:45wait let me get the vibes if you're going up there we need to know so the main two things in the
31:51entryway are the runner and the light those are two key pieces to making this room feel really beautiful
31:58and the light coming out of the box it's pretty but it looks huge so fingers crossed this looks

32:13before they had that green carpet grandma green so we have to pick something good to replace it
32:19originally i was like oh do we do a little plaid and i just thought these were cute i like those and
32:26then i grabbed these because i just thought it was a really cool texture to me with these nooks and
32:31cranny i feel like they'd just be dirty i agree these ones are out and then i brought this one i
32:36feel like it's something they could look at forever and not get sick of it you can't go wrong with a
32:40herringbone that would probably hold up the best it's a little pile carpet it'll last longer it looks
32:45sophisticated and contemporary and it'll look nice with everything else going on absolutely that's the one

34:35antlers i like the gold and i'm a sucker for anything antler it's a little sprinkle of us it's so cute

35:04so important that we nailed this whole renovation because stacy's a stay-at-home mom of five kids so it
35:11has to look good it has to function really well for her and their family i really feel proud of this
35:17one so i'm excited for them to see it i bet they're ready to be here i can't imagine seven of them living

37:05i almost expected it to wiggle again it's perfect you guys knocked it out of the park

37:52fun yeah oh my gosh we really wanted to bring like a country contemporary feel perfect for us totally our
38:01style and of course i had to bring a little bit of cowboy in with our cowhide poops a little sprinkle of
38:07us in here i like those kids will have fun with those yeah they will by carrying the same flooring
38:12throughout it just feels bigger without having all the transitions of different flooring it's amazing
38:17you can totally see just the whole family gathered around with the fireplace going watching a movie

38:27the kitchen mudroom area should we let's go yes here we go no way you've got to be kidding me

39:23versus the the black i just love playing with textures so bringing in the reeded front on the island that
39:30is so cool the vent hood is metal it's another texture that is really neat like the detail of it is
39:36it's really cool you guys have a big family and we just want to make sure your kitchen flowed really
39:41well and tons of storage the storage is amazing it is what does that do oh my gosh look how big that
39:47is and you'll find in like the drawers and the cupboards we just try to do as much built-in storage
39:52as possible it'll be a way to keep the kids more organized too yeah yeah please please i am truly
39:58blown away this is awesome let's check out the mud room oh my god look at that guys oh no way oh oh my
40:14gosh you i love the antlers and the kids names that is so cool oh they're gonna love that they're
40:25absolutely gonna love that really the goal here is to give you guys a space you know the kids can
40:30just put their coats in their hats their shoes and just shut the door make your life easier when
40:34you're walking in the door you're not tripping over things anymore that'll be amazing each one
40:38is labeled with their name so nobody can mix it up it's their locker yeah that is cool i love that you
40:44guys try to make something really special for them this is their space you guys have your own corner now
40:49i didn't even see this back here i know yeah i know and how perfect that's awesome oh no way look at
40:56that i didn't flush no way that's the jars and i didn't put my dishes in the dishwasher that is so

41:08a renovation for a big family you know we can relate and we tried to think of everything possible make this
41:14function well for you nailed it beyond our expectations our job here is done i appreciate
