China will hold a military parade on September 3 in Beijing to mark the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. Hu Heping, executive vice minister of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, made the announcement at a press conference in Beijing on Tuesday. The parade will have marching formations, equipment formations and aerial echelons. New types of combat forces, including unmanned intelligent equipment, equipment for underwater, cyber and electronic warfare, as well as hypersonic equipment will also be featured, according to Wu Zeke, who is also the deputy director of the Leading Group Office of Military Parade.
