00:30na nag-originate sa bansang India.

00:38at United Nations Resident Coordinator sa Pilipinas
00:41na si Arnold Peral.
00:43This year's theme,
00:45Yoga for One Earth, One Health,
00:48reminds us that well-being
00:50is not just an individual pursuit
00:53but a collective responsibility.
00:55It shows how much yoga has become centered
00:59to the lives of millions and millions of people around the globe
01:03and how the governments also have been recognizing its importance.
01:09At syempre, bilang beginner, sinubukan ko rin.
01:13Itong ginagawa namin,
01:15ang tawag dito ay common yoga protocol.
01:19Medyo challenging siya.
01:21Sobrang halaga rito yung flexibility ng katawan.
01:25Ilan daw sa magandang epekto ng yoga ay
01:27ang physical vitality,
01:29mental clarity,
01:31and emotional stability.
01:33It is an attitude.
01:35The attitude towards the nature,
01:37that attitude towards your own life.
01:39Union with your body, with your breath, and with your mind.
01:41Bukod nga sa mga positions,
01:43tinuturo din dito sa yoga
01:45yung pag may meditate
01:47at yung tamang breathing
01:49o yung mga breathing exercises.
01:51So, bukod dun sa mahihirap na posisyon,
01:55sa afternoon,
01:57medyo nakaka-relax na kami ngayon.
01:59Nakaka-relax po talaga siya ng isip.
02:03First time,
02:05it was a bit painful while doing the stretches,
02:08but the meditation was good.
02:11Let us also take this opportunity
02:13to strengthen cultural appreciation
02:15and build friendships between borders.

02:24na gumagamit ng tunog at breathing exercises.
