Porn and Social media your brain 🧠 doesn't

00:00You're being taken advantage of, but you don't even know it because it makes you feel so good.

00:09Maybe it's an IG model with pouty lips.
00:13Maybe it's a TikTok dance.
00:16Perhaps it's a tattooed girl whispering into the microphone.
00:21Maybe it's full-blown porn.
00:24Your brain doesn't care what it is.
00:27It only cares about the dopamine.
00:29What you think is just content is actually weaponized stimulation.
00:36It hijacks your brain's reward center and pathways, and it keeps you wanting more and more while delivering less.
00:45The truth is your brain is being rewired with every scroll.
00:51So if you're feeling less motivated, more distracted, off-point, and if you're struggling in your real relationships, this is why.
01:01If we put your brain on screen right now, you would see the damage.
01:06Real dysfunction in the way that your brain performs.
01:09In the areas for motivation, for focus, and for real-world connection.
01:15And the scariest part about this?
01:17It's not from trauma.
01:19It's from explicit content.
01:21Chronic viewing of this content weakens the prefrontal cortex.
01:26This is the control center in your brain.
01:28It overstimulates the limbic system, that survival mechanism.
01:33So you end up strung out and not in control.
01:39On a QEG brain map, this shows up as decreased alpha for feeling calm and focused,
01:46and increased high beta for stress, anxiety, and overstimulation.
01:51I call this strained brain.
01:53It is brainwave chaos, and it's emasculating.
01:58You cannot fight fire with willpower.
02:01It will not work, especially when your brain has been hijacked by synthetic pleasure.
02:06But you can rewire it.
02:09It can be retrained.
02:10It can be trained back to focus, productivity, passion, and real-world intimacy.
02:16This way, you can tap into deep connection in the real world and your personal strength.
02:22What are you going to do?
02:23I have personally worked with thousands of people.
02:27This is what has to be done.
02:29There's no other way around it.
02:31You have to go on a 30-day pleasure reset detox.
02:36What does that mean?
02:37It means you have to cut out the porn, cut out the masturbation, cut out the fantasy.
02:42In its place, put real-world grounding activities.
02:48Connect again to your real life.
02:51In the morning, take a cold shower.
02:53Go outside.
02:54Dig your feet in the grass.
02:56No grass?
02:57Get out in nature and enjoy the trees.
02:59Take an evening walk.
03:01Do not take your phone with you.
03:03Take in the nature around you.
03:06Spend time with people that you care about.
03:09Non-sexual physical intimacy.
03:11If you have a partner, hugs and connection are a great way to get that oxytocin.
03:17Get out your journal and track your thoughts, your urges, and what's going on in your life.
03:23This way, you can ramp up your self-awareness.
03:26All of this will reset that dopamine overstimulation and bring back the arousal that you deserve.
03:33Connected to the real world.
03:35You are not weak.
03:36You have been set up to fail by a system that profits from your dysfunction.
03:43But your brain is plastic.
03:45It's changeable.
03:46You can reclaim every ounce of focus, drive, motivation, masculinity.
