00:05we know this they just manufacture players somehow not common names they end up playing

00:11in the all-star game and they end up going far every year i mean that's the thing matt it's like

00:16it's almost not fair anymore like i think cleveland's gonna be good gonna have a shot at

00:21the postseason and then they're gonna run into one of these huge payroll teams and probably

00:25losing the postseason hate to say that but it's just true yeah it does kind of feel like that's

00:30their mo you know they have such a good you know bullpen it feels like every year and that allows

00:36them where if they just get decent starts they're going to be able to scratch together enough runs

00:40can they just hold it together and that's what we've seen the last couple nights you know pretty

00:44good games against san francisco who obviously is celebrating getting a big bat in their lineup but

00:50it hasn't quite come through yet in these first couple games with with devers in there but yeah

00:54cleveland's a tough team and and they're always gonna play you know everyone tough but like you

00:58said can they get over that hump can they get over the big payroll teams that remains to be seen i'm

01:04very gonna be very curious to see if they do anything at the deadline to try to bring someone in to

01:09to help them do that but right now they're just a really solid team you know i think they're gonna

01:13make the playoffs too they're it's tough that they're the division with probably the best team in

01:17baseball but nonetheless they're still you know right there for the postseason and and for the giants i think

01:22you know it's one of those things where they just kind of got to try to find that offense i mean

01:26that's what they made the deal for hopefully it'll come around here for them but uh you know big one

01:31this weekend for them against the dodgers so yeah i mean two teams sort of going in different directions

01:37a little bit right now certainly in the series they're playing so it'll be real interesting to see
