00:25Yes, Aljo, inaabangan na nga magiging tugon ng kampo ni VP Sara Duterte hinggil sa summons ng Senate Impeachment Court.
00:36Samantala, Aljo, ang ilang senador meron namang sentimento hinggil sa naging proseso ng Senate Impeachment Court noong nakaraang linggo.
00:46Hiniintay na rin ni Sen. Rizal Tiveros ang magiging tugon ni VP Sara Duterte sa summons na in-issue ng Senate Impeachment Court noong nakaraang linggo.
00:55Kasabay nito bilang Sen. Judge Anya ay titignan daw niya ng maigi ang lahat ng ebedensya na ipepresenta sa impeachment trial ng vice.
01:04Noong nanumpa kami bilang Sen. Judge, naging tungkuli namin sa Senado na suriin at bumoto ayon sa bigat ng ebedensya na ilalahad ng magkabilang panig sa impeachment trial.
01:17Kakampiman o kritiko ng pangalawang Pangulo. Sinusunod ko po ang tungkuli na iyan at inaasahan ko rin ito sa ibang senador.
01:27May puna naman si Senate Minority Leader Coco Pimentel sa ginawang proseso ng Senate Impeachment Court na pagremando pagbalik ng articles of impeachment sa Kamara.
01:35Sabi ni Pimentel, pwede raw sanang mas pinasimple na lang ang naging proseso.
01:39Request for information lang ito eh. Pwede pwedeng mag-order ang court or sinabi ko nga mas practical yung advisory na lang eh.
01:50Hindi na kailangan mag-imvento ng magical word na return, comma, without dismissing or terminating the case.
01:59Tapos meron pa nga dun, until such time that. So, returned until such time that. So, masyado nang pinakomplicate ang dapat simple lang na procedure.

04:01We have been waiting for them to do, but instead of doing what they said they would be doing,
04:10they have instead spent their energy criticizing the impeachment court.
04:16And this is the first time that I have seen litigants question the court.
04:23And for lawyers like us, and I know the new spokesperson,
04:29Atty. Buko, is a very experienced litigator as well.
04:33So I suggest that they just spend their energy to doing what needs to be done,
04:41what needs to be filed, as they say that they will file.
04:44And instead of attacking the credibility of the impeachment court.
