A woman’s body has been discovered in a nature reserve in Sydney’s west. Police have established another crime scene, roughly 500 metres away. Law enforcement services are still investigating, and the woman has yet to be identified.

00:00New South Wales homicide detectives have established two crime scenes as
00:06investigations continue into the discovery of a woman's body in bushland
00:11here in Warrington in Sydney's west. Officers were called to the scene
00:16yesterday afternoon after a passerby discovered the woman's body in a nature
00:21reserve about 50 metres from homes, partially clothed and lying face down at
00:27about 1 p.m. yesterday. Police say when they discovered her body there were
00:33multiple items nearby. They believe her to be middle-aged and say the body could
00:38have been there for some time. Later homicide detectives established a second
00:43crime scene here at a lower floor unit block roughly 500 metres from where the
00:49woman's body was discovered. Detectives have been door knocking the area
00:53throughout the morning while forensic crews have been searching in and around the
00:57property. The woman is yet to be formally identified and investigations are
01:02continuing.
