00:00Guys who could maybe start fast, coming up on Thursday, we love Thursday Warriors.
00:06Cam, you love this stuff. Give me a couple guys you got your eye on maybe to start quick.
00:11I already got a couple guys for you, Carver, and let's talk about this.
00:14Who always shows up on Thursday, also has a lot of skill sets that we like?
00:19Keegan Bradley, 75-1. I always like Keegan Bradley to come out of the gate hot.
00:23He's a notorious, very good starter on Thursdays and Fridays.
00:26I think the wet conditions will be fine. He gets it off the tee. It's about that putter.
00:30He looks fantastic to me. And my boy, Cam Young, 95. I'm all in with this guy.
00:36I don't know why I'm back on him, but I am. I have a feeling the Canadian Open, very, very close.
00:41He'll come out well and hot in this tournament, 95-1 for C. Young.
00:46I'm going with Cam, and I'm going with Keegan. Those are huge prices, Carver.
00:49And I know you, Carver. You'll have seven or eight guys once we do the show on Wednesday.
00:53You know, I can't control myself. But I will tell you, Cam, you bring up a name.
00:59I'm putting Cameron Young, Cameron Forever Young, on my list this week as well.
01:04Because I do like the way he played last week, and I know he's not going to win the tournament.
01:09So I think that Thursday might be the best way to play him.
01:11Keith, did you see enough in Cameron Young up in Canada that you're starting to feel like
01:16maybe he's coming out of some doldrums that he's been in?
01:18Hey, with all due respect to the Prime Minister's name, no.
01:23All right, Mike, you're right.
01:27I think Cam Young is – I think he's much more of a longer play in the tournament.
01:32I think he needs to find his way in.
01:33For me, I mean, I'm still upset about Sunday.
01:36I know you guys are all – you know, you're all celebrating, victory lapping, you know, Ryan Fox.
01:42But the fact of the matter is, is that I had Sam Burns.
01:44So I'm feeling the burn, and I like inspired guys, right?
01:48So Sam Burns is the type of guy that around this place – we haven't talked about skill sets yet,
01:53but you better be able to roll the rock.
01:54And the guy's number one on tour.
01:56I know he wasn't in the first playoff hole, but he's number one on the tour, strokes gained putting.
02:00Sam Burns at 55-1 or plus 5,500 on Thursday to go out and shoot three or four under is a possibility in my mind.
02:07He's gaining in all four strokes gained categories, the major ones.
02:10And if anyone's inspired after what happened on Sunday, he can roll right into this thing.
02:15Don't forget, last year at Pinehurst, he finished top ten.
02:19He did finish top ten last year.
02:22And Mr. Burns, very unfortunate, a five-footer.
02:25I mean, come on, Sammy.
02:26I mean, you've got to be able to sink that in.
02:29Brady, I know you like to dip your toe in the water on Thursdays.
02:32You know you do.
02:33Come on.
02:34What do you got?
02:35Well, you talked about it.
02:36You know, probably the worst golf market you can bet into.
02:39There's a huge hold for the books in first-round leader market.
02:42But, yeah, at the same time, it's about the most fun bet you can make as well for a great sweat on a Thursday.
02:49Give me Denny McCarthy.
02:51You know, Keith mentioned a name earlier, the quintessential U.S. Open prototype player, the Lee Jansen, the Payne Stewart, Jim Furyk.
02:58Last two editions of the U.S. Open at Oakmont, Jim Furyk has been runner-up.
03:02Give me a Jim Furyk-type guy that can roll the rock, find fairways all day long, not the longest hitter in the world.
03:09That, for me right now, is Denny McCarthy.
03:11He's had some very good finishes at tough golf courses like the Memorial, like Torrey Pines.
03:16I think, you know, he can get off to a hot start.
03:19And, like Keith talked about as well, is there a better putter in the world than Denny McCarthy?
03:23Maybe not.
03:24So, I'll take him for a shot on Thursday.
