00:04taking drugs has been jailed for four years. 23-year-old Martin Osolo Oguga mounted a pavement

00:10and hit Ada Bakaki and her five-year-old brother in Watling Street, Bexley Heath last August.

00:15The girl was riding her bike in front of other members of her family who managed to jump to

00:20safety. Both children were rushed to hospital just after 9am on the 3rd of August, but Ada

00:25died from her injuries two days later. Osolo Oguga was still under the influence when he

00:29got behind the wheel after smoking cannabis the night before. He was sentenced at Woolwich

00:34Crown Court on Monday for causing the schoolgirl's death. He pled guilty to causing death by dangerous

00:39driving and driving while unfit through drugs at an earlier hearing.
