Shocked morning commuter films man 'smoking crack pipe' on top deck of London bus

A man smokes a drug pipe on a London doubledecker bus at 9:30 am.

A morning commuter filmed the shocking scene near Old Ford Road in Hackney on his way to work.

The video shows the man sat in front of the male smoking quickly getting up and moving away as he smokes.

"On my way into work in Hackney, London at 9:30 am, a man was sat on the top deck of the bus casually packing his crack pipe," said the filmer.

"All of a sudden [he] pulls out his lighter and smokes it whilst everyone else keeps their eyes forward and doesn't say a word."
