00:00Tyrese Halliburton, underwhelming in game number one.
00:02He does wind up with 17 points, but five points entering into the fourth quarter
00:07when the game was just about over already.
00:09What do the Pacers have to do to get Tyrese Halliburton going here
00:12for game number three and beyond?
00:14Donnie, in the first quarter, it was more than just a slow start
00:18for obviously Tyrese Halliburton.
00:20It was Pascal Siakam, I think, only had three points at the end of the first quarter.
00:23So the two of them collectively did not play well to start the game.
00:26I thought I saw something, Donnie, in the fourth quarter.
00:30I'm going to be curious to see if it happens and it leads to game three.
00:34That's why the over four and a half points for plus money first quarter
00:38for Tyrese Halliburton is so intriguing.
00:40They did what Tom Thibodeau did with Brunson.
00:43They took him off the ball at times.
00:45They played a little bit more of a two-point backcourt with TJ McConaughey
00:50at the point, Halliburton at the two.
00:52But then also, maybe you put number one and let him bring the ball
00:54to the floor a little bit.
00:55Here's why.
00:57Tyrese is not the explosive guard where you can start the offense,
01:02get him into a high ball screen, he can create.
01:04Not with these guards, with Dort, with Caruso, with SG,
01:08bigger, physical, more guards.
01:10Get him on the run.
01:12You saw them run dribble drops, what we call dribble handoffs,
01:15into a ball screen.
01:16So if you get him on the run, maybe you could turn the corner.
01:19I saw a bunch of plays like that in the fourth quarter,
01:21wondering if that's what you want to see Rick Carlisle go to in a game three.
01:26Get attorneys Halliburton, the ball, on the move rather than stand still.
01:30Yeah.
01:31I saw.
01:32I saw.
01:32I saw.
01:32I saw.
