00:18maybe you know the story of mozart who even as a child was recognized as having a singular gift
00:24for music as one writer put it a phenomenon like mozart remains an inexplicable thing this week
00:31we're thinking about the holy spirit and one of the things the holy spirit does is gift us to serve
00:37our communities and our world some people like mozart have obvious incredible gifts can be a bit
00:43difficult to have a friend or family member who is just good at something but god doesn't play
00:48favorites christians like me believe the gift of the holy spirit is for everyone and he loves to
00:54help us work out what our gifts are and put them to use the comparison trap is easy to fall into
01:02but when we all put our gifts to work in service of our communities without comparing ourselves
01:07to others it's amazing how we can make the world a better place
