00:00The talks today have been constructive and they're a first step. It was a very
00:04high-level discussion and we're looking forward to more discussions to hopefully
00:09about the strike action. No one wants strikes, patients don't want strikes, we
00:12don't want strikes and the government doesn't want strikes so hopefully in the
00:16next few days will be very very useful. The pay is probably the simplest
00:22solution in order to avert this dispute obviously but we talked with Mr.
00:28treating on frankly about other options, other ways that would improve the value
00:32of resident doctors. It was a frank discussion and constructive but we need
00:38to have more discussions in the coming days.
