00:00When Gautam Buddha was to deliver his first sermon he started looking for

00:05listeners there was nobody to listen to him and then he thought of five chaps so

00:10he said why not go to these people they were my good friends and they were good

00:14listeners he went to them and when he was approaching them they saw him coming

00:17and they were angry with him because he had refuted their doctrine so they

00:20thought among themselves when he comes to us we will not offer him any respect

00:24we will not even talk to him we will be very obviously disrespectful to him we

00:29want to make a point loud and clear but literature says that as the Buddha

00:33approached them they forgot all that they had planned it was the sheer weight of

00:38his personality that made them bow down you know what was the first question they

00:42asked what did you do sir after we left you that's a childlike simplicity that an

00:47awakened personality can induce in you it was induced simplicity they said just by

00:53looking at this man it becomes obvious that there is something of the truth

00:56truth within him they said please tell us we want to listen to you
