New Delhi, June 4, 2025 (ANI): JD(U) MP Sanjay Jha-led delegation arrives in Delhi after completing their 5-nation visit; BJP MP Aparajita Sarangi says, "...It was heartening to find that everybody appreciated the stand of India on cross-border terrorism and they all came forward to denounce the approach of Pakistan as far as creating unrest in India is concerned, as far as killing of innocent people are concerned. Everybody agreed to the fact that Pakistan nourishes, nurtures and promotes terrorism... Already, different political parties have representation in the delegation. I don't think there is any need for a special session of Parliament. But of course, the senior leaders of the setup will decide. But I can only say that there is no need for it. We would be going for the monsoon session of Parliament very soon..."

00:00To come back to India after 14 days is in itself a great source of happiness.
00:07My country is my country, so once you touch your soil you are extremely happy.
00:12But I can only say that we had gone to five countries and we met different segments of population in each country.
00:19We met the politicians, we met the bureaucrats, we met the think tank members,
00:23we met the community associations, we met the housewives, we met the youth.
00:28And everywhere, in fact, there was great appreciation for this concept of multi-party delegation.
00:36That the Indian government, under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, could send a multi-party delegation,
00:42was accepted by one and all, was appreciated by one and all, and they heard us at length.
00:48Everywhere we went to, all the five countries we went to, all the segments of population heard us at length.
00:53The Indian diaspora was there with us all through.
00:55And it was heartening to find that everybody appreciated the stand of India on cross-border terrorism.
01:03And they all came forward to denounce the approach of Pakistan as far as creating unrest in India is concerned,
01:13as far as killing of innocent people are concerned.
01:15So I think everybody agreed to the fact that Pakistan nourishes, nurtures and promotes terrorism.
01:22So I think the objective with which we had gone, in a way, it has been fulfilled.
01:29People have got to know in different countries what is new normal,
01:33which has been prescribed by the Prime Minister and his government.
01:37And the zero-tolerance policy of India has also been accepted by all.
01:42So it was, I would say, a very satisfying experience for us.
01:46A special session of Parliament should be called to brief out upon the Operation Sindhu
01:49and the heinous incident which took place out in Pahalgam and their training areas, ma'am.
01:54I must say that there were 59 persons in seven delegations and we had gone to 33 countries.
02:05Now out of these 59 persons, 51 persons were MPs from different political parties.
02:10Only around 20 out of 51 belong to BJP.
02:14So I think already different political parties have got representation in the delegation.
02:21So I don't think there is any need for a special session of Parliament.
02:24But of course the senior leaders of the setup will decide.
02:29I will not be able to comment on it.
02:31But I can only say that there is no need for it.
02:33We would be going for the monsoon session of Parliament very soon.
02:36And I think that time all discussions will take place.
