00:00I'm led to believe it's not as easy a deal to do this somehow. I'll not surprise anybody. It's not as easy a deal to do.

00:05Last year, the deal was done. James Trafford was a Newcastle United player in all but signature.

00:10And I can't stress how far down the line that deal was done. Newcastle United had to pull the plug.

00:16And they had to pull the plug because of the PSR swindle, because they had to take the Greek goalkeeper.

00:22That's the only reason James Trafford isn't already a Newcastle United player.

00:25And the plan last season was not to get rid of Nick Pope. It was to have Nick Pope and James Trafford.

00:31And I haven't heard anything to suggest that isn't the case this time.

00:34Although, you know, you pay £30 million plus, I think that's what it'll be, for a goalkeeper.

00:39Then, you know, Nick Pope might look at it and say, look, there's my succession plan.

00:43I'm going to get away now if I can, if I need to.

00:46But I don't think really that's necessarily the plan.

00:49Although he's been linked to Leeds by, again, the male, I think, as well.
