00:00With our EZCOW system, basically to calibrate each of our meter rollers for our tank, first of all we
00:07select on what tank we want to calibrate. In here we can actually select multiple tanks.
00:13If there is a mismatch in our roller you can actually see the warning label there. So we'll
00:21just calibrate the one tank for the time bringing. From there we see that we've got set up our green
00:27roller. So what we want to do is go over to our EZCOW system and actually verify that we've
00:32got the green meter roller positioned there. And then we can hit start calibration.
00:39So from here the system is going to meter out some products. So basically just purging the roller.
00:46And then from there it's actually going to start to meter product to a set number of revolutions.
00:52So whilst it's doing that on our display here we can see the system is counting up the number of revolutions.
00:59It's also weighing the product as we go. Once it's hit its target number of revolutions, which is 15 for
01:06the green roller, it's then going to weigh that hopper and verify the weight that it's calculated.
01:16So we can actually see that new meters of space of value comes up and then from there we can hit accept.
01:24And that automatically saves that value and sends it directly to our tractor cab display there.
