00:00What's up? It's Coop with Big 98.1, gearing up for miles for miracles, benefiting Children's
00:05Hospital of Philadelphia, one of my favorite places, presented by Visit AC. Starting this
00:10Monday, June 9th through Friday, June 13th, I'll be walking from the Borgata Big 98.1 Studios here
00:15on 24th and Market, all the way down to Atlantic City to Borgata Hotel, Casino, and Spa, all to
00:21raise money for the incredible Child Life Services Department at CHOP. Let's talk about that Child
00:26Life Services Department at CHOP. These people are real heroes, like I said. They're bringing
00:30that sense of home, that sense of comfort to these kids who've got to be in a hospital,
00:35and whether it's something like Lily Walker with brain cancer who wants to celebrate prom,
00:40they've got that. Child Life takes care of it. Whether it's nine-year-old Desaya who loves
00:44Spider-Man and video games and gets to play them while at the hospital, it's all these
00:48little things you and I don't think about, and it all costs money, and that is what these
00:53Child Life Services do and these Child Life Specialists do, and that's what Miles for Miracles
00:56is all about. So I'll be walking 12 miles a day. We're going to be making some stops along
01:01the way to be broadcasting live, and I'm going to share my journey, quite literally,
01:05every step of the way from right here in Philly all the way down to AC, and we'll be talking
01:09about your donations are making such a big difference to the kids and to the families at CHOP.
01:15So help us make a difference. Go to Big981.com right now for more information, and then start
01:21listening Monday, June 9th as we begin our walk. We begin raising money for this incredible
01:27place. Follow us on socials at CoopRadioShow and at Big981 Philly so you can follow along
01:32through the entire journey. Together, we can make a difference for these kids at CHOP.
