00:17the things that you can do while you're here at Sandals. I've got O'Shane Lawrence with me

00:22here now. Can you talk to me a little bit about all that this resort has to offer as far as fun

00:26goes? All right, fantastic. So thank you for having us on the Big981 out of Philadelphia,

00:32of course. The sexy South Coast, we boast beautiful lawns and everything, but of course,

00:37we are the premier destination as it relates to water sports activities. It's all included,

00:42except for scuba diving if you're not certified. I know a lot of people are into scuba diving. We

00:46offer diving every day of life. We do two tank dives. What that means is we go out at 8.30 in

00:53the morning, you dive, come back on the boat, you know, have some juice, water, relax, have some

00:59chit-chat, learn a little bit about Jamaica, and then we go back down and dive again. And of course,

01:03we come back in about 12 o'clock. So guess what? If your partner doesn't dive, for example, you'll

01:08still have another eight or so hours with the person once you finish diving. So it's absolutely

01:14fun. We have PADI instructors that are professionals. Very, very good. We have a

01:19Newton 46 boat, one of the best dive boats that we have across the groups. And of course,

01:24we have snorkeling, snuba, we have water skiing, an array of activities. So if you're not an

01:30underwater person, we have on-top-of-the-water activities as well.

01:33Trey Lockerbies I will say that I learned that diving is,

01:36people travel around the world specifically to go diving, and they come to destinations like this

01:42to do that with you guys, right? Faisal Firdous Most definitely. And most destinations that you

01:45go, you have to pay for each dive, you have to rent the gear, all of that here,

01:48it's all included for you once you're a certified diver.

01:50Trey Lockerbies Let's talk about maybe if you're not

01:52into the diving thing, some of those other activities that you touched on pretty briefly,

01:55because I did notice as I was walking through the resort yesterday, I mean, it's like right here in

01:59front of us, you just walk up and you can take your pick of all the different things that you want

02:03to do. Faisal Firdous Most definitely. So for what we call the activities here, we have sailing,

02:07hobby sailing, we have windsurfing, we have kayaking, we also have paddleboarding. Those

02:12activities are first come first serve. It's pretty basic. They're very easy and relaxed.

02:16Most days is very calm. So persons can just jump on the paddleboard, paddle away and have some fun.

02:22Some persons just sit, relax and enjoy the actual scenery as well.

02:26Trey Lockerbies What is your personal favorite? If somebody

02:29was here, maybe their first time, Sandals South Coast, they get to do one thing. Now,

02:33of course, they could do whatever they want to, but what is your favorite that they should try?

02:36Faisal Firdous My favorite activity is water skiing.

02:38Trey Lockerbies Okay, why?

02:39Faisal Firdous I like the rush of it. So you get up the water

02:41parts, one water goes to the left, one section goes to the right, and then you just pop up

02:47Now, is this like when my dad was driving the boat when I was a kid and he's trying purposely

02:51to make me fall over? Faisal Firdous Most definitely not. Our aim is not

02:54to make you fall, but stand tall. Trey Lockerbies
