00:00You always think that things are going to be okay.

00:02My only hope was a transplant.

00:05This accident happened, it still feels like being punched in the gut again.

00:09Families talk about things but death and dying are not usually what you talk about.

00:16They knew exactly what their son wanted and they carried out his wishes.

00:20So sadly every year there are people who are waiting for a transplant,

00:25who are on the waiting list, who do go on to die because there are not organs available for them.

00:29The only option I have is to get a kidney transplant.

00:32Don't give your family a really difficult decision to make.

00:35We're all normal people doing normal everyday things.

00:40The fact that it does change somebody's life is wonderful.

00:44They're incredible, the strength that they have in these most awful of times for them is just amazing.
