Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino may have served his entire prison sentence ... but he's still not bitter about Todd and Julie Chrisley receiving full and unconditional pardons thanks to Uncle Sam.

00:00This is definitely world news right now and I think there's a lot of angles or aspects to this
00:09and I can definitely relate to some of this story as I've spent eight months
00:15in prison in Otisville Federal Correctional Facility for tax evasion. I also got two years
00:25of probation. I got 500 hours community service and I had completed everything including you know
00:32restitution. For them to get released earlier to get pardoned for me you know I'm like wow good for
00:37the families you know what I'm saying because you know they get to be reunited with their loved ones.
00:42I'm not sure that anyone that's not haven't been in these shoes can be really relate. I can I can
00:48definitely see that there may be a little bit of outrage you know but me someone who actually did
00:54prison time and community service and the probation I'm not mad at it because it's just like you know
01:00you know you're going to stay in your own lane and run your own race. When you get sent away to prison
01:06it's it's it's not a good situation for yourself obviously to a certain extent it is self-inflicted
01:12but also the families you know the families to a certain extent get sent away as well and it's so
01:20very sad. So I can see that aspect because I've had my my freedom taken away from me and it was very
01:29detrimental to my family. Donnie is in the White House he's just living the dream you know and again
01:36if he was if he was in office when I went to prison and I got a pardon maybe I mean obviously I probably
01:45would have accepted it obviously but um I'll be honest with you if I had a time machine I wouldn't
01:50go back and and get a pardon because it made me a better man of who I am today.
