00:00Here is SGA. Of course, the job's not done. They got four more wins that they have to get to really put the seal on what has been an unbelievable year for OKC. Here is SGA.
00:12Obviously happy for the moment, but like this isn't our goal. This isn't the end of the road. This isn't there was no like special conversation. It was just let's keep getting better. One more series to try to go in.
00:30And they will like there. I just literally have no feeling whatsoever. All right. First of all, so we're clear. The Knicks can't even beat the Pacers, let alone the Thunder.
00:40If they honestly, if the Knicks played the Thunder in the finals, they get swept four games so fast your head would spin and the NBA spreads it out like a month so that they can bore us to death with their giant breaks and, you know, middles between these games.
00:56The reality is this, that the Thunder would sweep the Knicks. And then I think, you know, the Pacers are a really good team at best.
01:08They're getting two games at best. I think it's more a gentleman's with them as well. They're not beating this team. This is take a good look. There's your NBA champs right there.
01:18There's no way they're losing to either one of those teams. There's so much better defensively.
01:22I think the Pacers are pretty good defensively. I think what they're best at is taking advantage of teams turnovers and mistakes and transition and fast running and gunning and finishing like they can really get up and down and put it in the hole.
01:37So I think the games will be wild. The difference is, is that the Pacers are so up and down, except that the Thunder are younger and better at it.
01:46So they go up and down better. So the Pacers are better at nothing against the Thunder. They're better at absolutely nothing.
02:01You mentioned, it kind of is like you mentioned earlier, you were talking to Gabe about this.
02:05Like I was looking this morning at some of these, you know, they have these hypothetical series lines up, even against the Pacers.
02:12The Thunder would be minus 750 favorites for the series against the Pacers.
02:17And this would be even more Pacers would be minus 750 right now if they played them.
02:23And that's the NBA finals minus 750. It's like, like you said, it's like, almost like it's over.
02:28Well, let's just face facts here right now. Both series right now, the conference finals were terrible. Both of them.
02:37I mean, this is 3-1 Pacers, 3-1 last night, 4-1. Both of them have been terrible. And that's just all there is to it.
02:45When you get these 3-1 series, the only way that you ever have any even potential life to get kind of breathed back into it is if you get to that sixth game.
02:55So we'll see if the Knicks can breathe a little life somewhat back into the series, if they could somehow force them, you know, get put a little pressure on them going back to Indiana for a sixth game tonight.
03:08But yeah, for the most part, you know, with all these 3-1 series, you kind of know which way they're going to go.
03:13Let me end this, their side with Jalen Williams, of course, 68 win regular season.
03:17And now, other than Denver, where they had a scare, they've thrashed everybody.
03:21The playoffs have shown how good the Thunder really are.
03:24Was there a point throughout the regular season where you guys figured out you were as good as the record said you were?
03:31The playoffs?
03:34I think you just...
03:37I don't even remember the regular season, bro.
03:38Honestly, the playoffs are, like, a good challenge, especially, like, the first round because you can kind of, like, the regular season doesn't really matter.
03:51And I think we did a really good job of, like, that was our test.
03:54And then, obviously, last season or last series with Denver, same kind of thing.
03:58Like, when we're put up against adversity that you don't really have during the regular season and it's, like, do or die moments,
04:03I think that's where we kind of grew up as a team.
04:05I think that last series was big for us.
04:07Just, obviously, a lot of us, that was our first Game 7, getting over the hump of the second round.
04:12I think that was big for us.
04:14Yeah, because that was the only series that mattered.
04:17And they got by them by beating their ass in Game 7.
04:22And then they annihilated this team.
04:25I mean, they made them look so bad that it was...
04:30I think it was worse than the Mavs in the NBA Finals last year.
04:34That's how bad they got annihilated.
04:36Like, do you remember how bad the finals were last year?
04:39No one ever talks about how awful it is.
04:42Let's just talk about awful, awful basketball.
04:44That's what we've been watching here in both of these series.
