Victoria’s Secret & Co. reported a cybersecurity incident, according to Bloomberg. The incident shut down parts of its website, disrupted store services, and locked employees out of email systems. The retailer is taking steps to address the incident by tapping outside experts, a spokesperson said. The company took down its website and some store services, the spokesperson said. CEO Hillary Super told employees that recovery from the security incident “is going to take awhile,” according to a note obtained by Bloomberg. Shares fell 6.9% on Wednesday following the disruption.
