00:00It may be the case that Marks and Spencer's database has been corrupted or encrypted by the ransomware, meaning they're going to have to rebuild computer systems, rebuild servers, rebuild databases.
00:12And also, they want to make sure that the hackers aren't still present inside their systems, that there aren't security holes which the hackers have been able to burrow through to get in there to cause mayhem.
00:25The worst thing in the world would be if the hackers still have access.
00:29That would obviously be incredibly damaging for Marks and Spencer.
00:32It wants today to be a bit of a good news story, like we're making progress.
00:37If they then got hit again, that's really, really bad.
