00:00Let's talk about the historic performance, J.Y., last night from Tyrese Halliburton.
00:0432 points, 15 dimes, 12 boards without committing a single turnover.
00:10The first 30, 15, 10, and 0 game, that being turnovers in the history of the NBA postseason.
00:18What has Tyrese Halliburton done so well in this series that was encapsulated last night in Game 4?
00:24Controls everything.
00:26Controls everything.
00:28And he doesn't have to.
00:29I know he scored big because, let's be honest, Ben, he had to kind of match Brunson shot for shot, particularly in that first half.
00:37But he got guys involved.
00:39They get into the right spots.
00:40And when he's engaged and dialed in, this is what Indiana has.
00:44And this is what they didn't have, Ben, in the beginning of the year.
00:48We didn't see this type of play out of Halliburton.
00:51But he has flipped the switch, and he's been really good in the series.
00:54And let's be honest, I'm a Knick fan.
00:56And he has been the best player in the series.
00:58It's not been Jalen Brunson.
00:59It's not been Carl Anthony Towns.
01:01I know Siakam had the 39-point game in Game 2.
01:04But Tyrese Halliburton has been the best player in this series, bar none.
01:08Both sides of the ball.
01:09So he's done, and he's done that Rick Carlisle style of play, which is so, even as a Knick fan, you've got to appreciate watching a team that relies on some of their parts.
01:20And Halliburton picks spots where he takes off, and he has to carry the team offensively and merge the scoring.
01:25But then he knows when to dial it back and get other people a ball.
01:29And that's what makes them really, really good, the totality of their parts and how Rick Carlisle uses his roster.
