Transcript
00:00Welcome to The Watchlist, I'm Lindsay Melchick.
00:08Greenbridge Metals has signed a letter of intent to option the Serpentine Project in Minnesota's Duluth Complex,
00:14an area known for major copper-nickel PGE potential.
00:18The deal allows Greenbridge to earn up to a 70% stake through a $6 million in shares and $25 million in exploration spending.
00:27Joining us today to talk about the opportunity is David Suda, CEO of Greenbridge Metals.
00:32Hello David, it's great to have you with us.
00:34Thanks so much for having me.
00:36So my first question to you really is how does the Serpentine Project position Greenbridge to benefit from the growing U.S. demand for domestic critical minerals?
00:44It's a fantastic opportunity for us.
00:47We're leaping from an exploration company with a suite of fantastic assets to positioning ourselves with a really strong foothold in the Duluth Complex in Minnesota.
00:59Right next to New Range, which is a Tech Glencore JV, it's just been put on the Fast 41 list by the Trump administration.
01:07And you'll notice that last week that similar process yielded tremendous results for a Canadian company called Anfield
01:15in permitting a project in Utah in the uranium space.
01:18Okay, so then what are the next steps to validate and upgrade the historical resource at Serpentine?
01:24Well, obviously it's going to be drilling.
01:27You know, we're going to spend 10 million Canadian in phase one.
01:32And in total, we're going to drill about 20,000 meters to upgrade that resource so we can get to a pre-feasibility study.
01:39And in the interim, we're going to do a tech report on the existing so we don't have to call it historical anymore.
01:44And that'll be coming up pretty soon.
01:46Well, that's all exciting, for sure, 100%.
01:49So this has been a quick, but you know what?
01:51A conversation full of packed information already.
01:54So thank you again for joining us and come back soon.
01:56Thank you very much.
01:57Look forward to it.
01:58Again, that was David Suda, CEO of Greenbridge Metals.
