00:00So good people, Bolivarian people, people of peace, today we have written all of us together as if we were millions and millions of hands united, a glorious page in the history of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
00:30Today, peace has triumphed. Peace for all Venezuelans. Peace be with us. Peace be with everyone who's just contributing by just going to the polls, doing the queues and voting for whoever they want.
01:00So they taught a lesson to those who want to insist on violence as a way of action, with the barren narrative as a way to address their wish of power.
01:18But peace, and thanks to that peace that we have conquered by the way of vote, Venezuela is toward a future of prosperity, toward a future in which everyone is, in which our siblings may return to be with their families, to their wives and husbands.
01:44So today, we just demonstrated the way we are made of.
01:51So we all witnessed, we were just, we're very excited to all our ancestors in that Tamakuro state.
02:04One of the most influential race that have fallen in the south, in the eastern of the country, because it's the first way, it's the first trough that entered, unfortunately, on the elections day.
02:21And there wasn't, and there wasn't, and so even though our people just participated in elections, opening this, facing just waters, and they directed themselves to the polling stations.
02:39And so, but we all saw it, the video of these people on the rain.
02:50And so we have taught a lesson to the whole world about the power, the intensity, the depth that the country, and the people of Venezuela is living through its democracy.
03:07As they were just defying the waters, the torrential race didn't stop them, because they were to elect their governor, their deputies, to the legislative councils and the national assembly.
03:25So it is a victory of peace, it is a victory of our bravery, of our strength as Venezuelans.
