00:00And this all happened without a ceasefire in place.
00:04How tricky is it to pull off something like this when the fighting hasn't stopped?
00:11You know, the governments have been very good at this.
00:14In this particular case, Belarus is involved where the Russian exchanged people,
00:23the military folks and the civilians will go through Belarus then to Russia.
00:28So, you know, in four years, the Russians and the Ukrainians have gotten good at killing each other.
00:35And they've also gotten good at exchanging with each other and making certain that what they agreed to was implemented.
00:44So, you know, as I said, I'm not optimistic that this will lead to a tremendous amount of other things.
00:54However, the fact that it did take place without a ceasefire is somewhat problematic because President Trump initially said he wanted a 30-day ceasefire.
01:07President Zelensky then agreed reluctantly, but agreed.
01:12President Putin, you know, was vacillating, but then eventually, you know, he's not interested.
