00:24be replaced by Foreign Undersecretary Maria Teresa Lazaro, whom Bersamin describes as a
00:29capable diplomat. Energy Secretary Rafael Lotilia will replace Tolney Yulo Loizaga as Environment
00:35Secretary. Bersamin says Loizaga may be appointed to a cabinet-ranked position at a future time,
00:41but admits she had underperformed. Human Settlements and Urban Development Secretary Jerry
00:46Acuzar will be appointed Presidential Advisor on Pasig River Development, while Housing
00:50Undersecretary Jose Ramon Aliling will be appointed to his vacated post. Bersamin says the economic
00:56team is intact and the president will continue reviewing the performance of other cabinet
