00:30L'histoire du tennis masculin, bien sûr, 19 titres dans sa carrière, l'US Open 2022, Will Bundon 2023 et 2024, et Roland Garros l'an passé en 2024, vie champion olympique également sur ce stade, le tenant du titre, l'Espagnol Carlos Alcaraz.
01:00Plus fort, plus fort, plus fort, plus fort.
01:02Carlos, thank you very much for being here with us.
01:21First of all, congratulations for home. This is a second Master 1000 after Monaco this year, and coming to Roland Garros, title holder, with these victories, how is your confidence? Is it high?
01:36Well, good afternoon, everyone. I mean, it's been a great clay season so far, but we are here. I think it's the most important tournament of the clay season and one of the best tournaments that we have on the tour.
01:52So right now I'm excited. I'm excited. I'm excited to go here. Remember the emotions and the feeling that I had last year. It is great to feel it again.
02:03Yeah, the confidence is really high right now. Obviously, I've been playing great matches. I've got great wins in this clay season, which gives you a lot of confidence. So I'm excited.
02:18If we look at last year's season, you didn't win a clay court tournament in the clay season, right? Before winning Roland Garros. So it's a plus today.
02:28Yeah, I remember that I got just two or three wins before coming here to Roland Garros. This year is a bit different. So hopefully it is going to be the same. You know, we saw last year being different, you know, coming to Roland Garros, but yeah, it's a bit different.
02:46Young player, I mean, with already a lot of Grand Slams. Is it for you the normal pace in your career, if you think about a plan of career?
02:55Well, I mean, I said that I have achieved so much and really, really fast. Sometimes I think that it has been too fast, but it is the pace that I really want to keep going, you know, in my career.
03:12Let's see. You know, the difficult things in tennis is just to maintain the good level year after year. So let's see how it's going to be the next few years, but hopefully keep it in the same pace.
03:27You're on the good pace. Do you follow football? I know. I know you have some teams.
03:31I follow the football. Some teams you like, I know, in Spain, especially in the center of Spain.
03:38Would you follow the final, Champions League final, if you're not playing?
03:43Of course, I will watch it. I mean, I watch football. I watch him a lot because obviously as a huge fan, you know, of La Liga.
03:54I watch, you know, when you're playing in Barcelona, you made some troubles and some pain for us.
04:04But yeah, I'm going to watch the final. And honestly, honestly, I've told everyone that I'm supporting PSG this time.
04:15Supporting PSG. Thank you very much and good luck for these two weeks. That's perfect. You'll have the French card with you.
04:22Merci beaucoup. Merci. Please come in front. Come in front. Gilles. Voilà.
04:27Come together. All four.
04:30Voilà.
04:47Enjoy those two weeks that are coming in Roland-Garros and the best will win.
04:51Goodbye. Au revoir.
