Trump Reacts To Letitia James's Claims About Alleged Mortgage Fraud

In his Oval Office meeting with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, President Trump slammed New York Attorney General Letitia James.

00:04Director Pulte, according to him,

00:07Letitia James says that the alleged mortgage fraud was simply a mistake.

00:13I want to get your thoughts on that.

00:15She put down that her father was her husband in order,

00:20and this is very similar to, I guess, the false attacks they have on here.

00:24Well, I don't know what it is currently, but Letitia James,

00:26who is the Attorney General of New York State,

00:29it seemed I'm not involved in that at all.

00:31I know that it's being handled by various groups, I guess.

00:35But it's major fraud, mortgage documents, and fraudulent everything.

00:43I think she said the father was her husband, which she had to have a husband.

00:48So she chose her father, and she put it down.

00:52And she had, didn't she sign in Virginia yet?

00:56She said she lived in Virginia.

00:58She's the New York State Attorney General, and she did that for tax reasons,

01:03so she could take advantage of taxes.

01:06And she had the wrong number of units.

01:08She had a much different number,

01:10which wouldn't have allowed her to qualify and scam the government.

01:14So, I don't know. I think she's very bad for New York.
