00:42For this, let us first open Outlook.

00:51Let me show you how to export one of these to PST file format.

00:55To start, first click on File.

00:59Now select Open and Export and click on Import-Export.

01:04Now select Export to a file and click the Next button.

01:09Now choose Outlook Data File, .pst, and press the Next button.

01:14Now select that OST file-generated mailbox, which you want to export in PST format.

01:25If you want to apply any filter in exported data, you can use these options.

01:32Disable this if you do not want to export subfolder databases.

01:35Now click on Next.

01:38Click on the Browse button.

01:41Now provide the location where you want to save the exported PST file.

01:46Use these advanced options as per your need and requirement.

01:51Here I am going with first option.

01:53Click on Finish button.

01:55If you want to make your PST file password protected, put the password otherwise directly click on OK.

02:01The export process becomes started.

02:05It takes time according to data size.

02:08So this is the PST file that I exported.

02:11Note, this process only works when your OST file is connected with Outlook or Exchange Online.

02:18If the OST file is not connected, you have to go with any third-party solution.

05:11Use this Advanced Create Log option to generate the report of the conversion process.

05:17Now provide the destination location where you want to save the converted PST file and click on the Next button.

05:24Use this option to confirm you want to save all selected folders in one PST and separate PSTs.

05:31Use this Split PST option if you have a heavy OST file.

05:34Press the Export button to start the conversion process.

05:38It takes time according to data size.

05:44The OST to PST conversion is successfully done.

05:48Now just click on OK.
