00:26because both sides are seeing just kind of an explosion of people applying to jobs.
00:30So weeding through those jobs and finding the right skills is becoming harder.
00:34But this is the beginning of a shift.
00:35So it's going to all normalize, not to whether it's good or bad.
00:38It's both. It's neither.
