04:36Not only that, remember, I'm cutting drug prices by 85%.

04:56We're now going to pay the lowest in the world.

05:08because they want to buy their pharmaceutical products and drugs at a fraction of the cost.

05:14Now, we're going to have the lowest cost anywhere in the world, and nobody else would do that but me.

05:23Now, when you add that in, when you put that into Medicaid and Medicare,

05:27we just strengthen Medicare and Medicaid.

05:30And the Democrats won't do that.

05:32Because they're taken care of by the drug companies.

05:34And the ones that are taken care of are hard-line.

05:38Some Republicans get money from drug companies, and that's okay, because they're okay with it.

05:45The drug companies take care of everybody.

05:48It's the biggest lobby, most powerful lobby in the world.

05:50There's no lobby like that.

05:52But the Republicans are okay with it.

05:54Not only okay with it, they love it.

05:56It was time.

05:57So we're going to cut drug prices by from 75 to 85, in some cases even more than that.

06:04You know, I was telling the story that, and some of you were at that news conference.

06:08I gave a news conference where I was the first one in 18 years to cut drug costs for the year.

06:14And they were like a quarter of a point to half a point less.

06:17And I was very proud of that.

06:18Now I'm cutting them by 80, 85 percent, because I stopped the scam.

06:25This was a scam between the middlemen and the drug companies.

06:29This was a giant scam.

06:31And, by the way, and other countries, because other countries fought for this.

06:35This was a giant scam, and we're not going to have it.

06:38So remember this, go back and tell your people, if you'd like to, that the Republican Party

06:44is cutting the cost of drugs by as much as 85 percent.

06:49Not 8 percent, not 5 percent, not 1 percent, 85 percent.

06:54And you're going to have the lowest drug prices anywhere in the world, because I'm doing

06:58favorite nations.

06:59And it's all done.

07:06And I think on that issue alone, you can't lose an election.

09:02We came back with $5.1 trillion.
