00:00Hello there, good afternoon.
00:02We'll begin to see a change this week, more in the way of rain and showers, and we'll
00:06start to see a little bit of this change into the afternoon.
00:10Many areas though it should remain dry, a mix of cloud, but also some sunny spells breaking
00:15through that cloud into the afternoon, though we can't rule out some showers, particularly
00:19across southern parts of Scotland, north-western parts of England, even Northern Ireland might
00:23catch the odd shower or two.
00:25But for many, a dry afternoon ahead, feeling warm in the sunshine as well, highs of around
00:3020 degrees Celsius across the south.
00:34Then into the evening, yes, the odd shower may linger around, but for most it should be
00:39a dry night to come, a mix of cloud and clear spells once again, particularly around eastern
00:43coasts where we see a return of that low cloud drifting through in that north-easterly breeze.
00:49That could mean quite a grey start for some across eastern areas.
00:53Even under clear skies, temperatures slipping away, feeling a little bit chilly here, but
00:57most towns and cities widely in the mid to high single figures.
01:02So a cloudy, murky start, particularly across the north-east, the far east, east Anglia for
01:07example, but once again that cloud burning back to eastern coasts where it could linger
01:12for a time.
01:13But many areas seeing, once again, a dry afternoon ahead.
01:17Still a risk of showers, particularly across Northern Ireland, northern and central parts
01:22of England too.
01:23Once again, the odd one or two turning a little bit heavy, the odd rumble of thunder.
01:27But once again, mostly dry for many areas.
01:29More in the way of sunshine tomorrow afternoon, less clouds, and that means temperatures ticking
01:34up a little more.
01:35So highs reaching more towards 23 to 23, 22 to 23 degrees Celsius, so still feeling very
01:41warm indeed in that sunshine.
01:43Then for the rest of the week we do need to keep an eye on this feature on Wednesday, potentially
01:47dragging in some clouds and showers across central and southern parts of England.
01:51Then notice a cold front sweeping along that area of high pressure to the north, so starting
01:56to turn a little cooler towards the end of the week.
01:58We might actually see some fairly chilly nights.
02:01Then all eyes out to the west as we head into Friday and just before the bank holiday weekend
02:06where it's likely we'll see a change, more cloud and also some rain.

02:15Bye bye.
