00:00PKR Secretary-General Fouzia Saleh today said that she and Party President Anwar Ibrahim were

00:07not the only ones to receive Rafizi Romney's letter about skipping the upcoming Youth and

00:11Winnipeg Congress. The PKR Deputy President claimed yesterday that the confidential letter

00:16had been leaked. Speaking to FMT, Fouzia said she found the issue too trivial to warrant a

00:22response but maintained that Rafizi's allegation was inaccurate, saying it was only shared with

00:27the Party President and the Secretary-General. Rafizi stood his ground yesterday on skipping

00:33the Party's Youth and Winnipeg Congress, traditionally opened by the Deputy President, citing principles

00:38over politics. The Pandan MPs said his refusal stemmed from a breach of party protocol after

00:44the Sabah PKR election machinery launch was allegedly announced without prior discussion by the Party's

00:49Political Bureau or Central Leadership Council. At the Jalaja Hiro program in April last night,

00:55Rafizi was reported as saying by Malaysia Kini that the letter was addressed to only two

01:00people, Anwar and Fouzia. He also asked how the letter had been leaked.

01:05PKRU Chief Adam Adli confirmed yesterday that the Wing had received a copy of Rafizi's letter

01:10to Anwar, in which he declined the invitation despite initially agreeing.
