00:34like a collective truth i guess when i read it i just knew that it it it was all kind of courage

00:45and and speaking of a world that no longer has a sense of of of of common truth it felt like so

00:54truthful to me i felt like he wrote something that were all of my worst fears um and and and

01:02realized as far as uh what that lockdown experience was and what it um what it promised

01:12what it promised to kind of deliver and all of its sort of like fracturing of um of of of an already

01:21fractured society but still kind of like what ari had said was that this this this building towards

01:29a a a an untethered sense of reality and and then finally going into a chapter that becomes a point

01:39of no return in a way like there's no going back i definitely was overwhelmed by that fear and it's

01:49lovely to have it confirmed by uh by by ari you were right

02:05looking into some of the things that are you know in this film that hadn't been in my algorithm

02:20unfortunately added them to my algorithm because once you start googling it you start seeing more

02:26and more things that really so it just gets it's a real rabbit hole very quickly so um unfortunately

02:45are you worried about these millions of latin migrants in the shadows living in america and do

02:57you fear that america will become an absolutely closed country to the world i mean it's obviously very

03:04scary for an actor who participated in in in a movie to sort of speak to issues like this um it's far too

03:14intimidating of a question for me to really address i'm i'm i'm not i'm not informed enough i i i i i

03:22want people to to to be safe and to be protected and um and and i want very much to live on the right

03:30side of history and i'm an immigrant my parents are refugees from chile i myself was a refugee we fled a

03:36dictatorship and i was privileged enough to grow up in the u.s and and um and after asylum in in

03:44in in in denmark and if it weren't for that i i don't know what would have happened to us and so

03:49i i i i i i stand by those protections um always i i i i'm too afraid of your question i hardly remember what it was

03:58do any of you fear having anything put on your dossier because of the brave movies that you make

04:18i think fear is the way that they win in for one and so keep telling the stories and keep expressing

04:24yourself and keep fighting to be who you are and and and and and and i don't know the people that

04:33try to make you scared you know and and and and fight back and this is the perfect way to do so in

04:39and telling stories and and and and and don't let them win don't let them win
