02:08Hello, everybody, and thank you for joining us.
02:10Another dramatic day in court today
02:12as Cassie Ventura faced cross-examination
02:15by Sean DiVicombe's attorneys.
02:18The star witness is nine months pregnant,
02:20and both the nature and the intensity of the questions
02:23have Ventura's attorney concerned for her well-being.
02:26Amber Cogliano is at court.
02:28Cassie Ventura faced a withering cross-examination today
02:31amid fears she might go into labor on the witness stand.
02:35Douglas Wigdor is her attorney.
02:37She's so poised and graceful, telling it how it is.
02:41And so I have really 100% confidence
02:45that today's going to go well.
02:46She's very pregnant.
02:47She's holding up strong.
02:49Sean P. Diddy Combs' defense tried
02:51to show that 38-year-old Cassie willingly took part
02:54in those marathon sex orgies known as freak-offs.
02:57They displayed a text from her saying,
02:59I'm always ready to freak off, LOL, OL.
03:02And this, I miss you so much, and I'd fly wherever
03:06you needed me, whenever.
03:07Diddy texted her back, I love you so much, it makes me cry.
03:12The defense counsel is doing a very thorough job
03:16of going through each message that Cassie and Sean
03:19exchanged in regards to the freak-offs.
03:22One in particular was when Cassie was saying
03:25that the freak-offs, there was a time that they felt right.
03:29What you can take away from that is that she was fine
03:32with doing the freak-offs.
03:33Cassie was compelled to read texts out loud to the jury.
03:36One that she sent concerned a future freak-off.
03:40Combs texted, I can't wait, and she replied,
03:43I can't wait either.
03:44She also said that sometimes she wore masks and wigs
03:48so that she wouldn't be recognized
03:49in video of the freak-offs.
03:51You fear the release of explicit tapes
03:54would ruin your career, Combs' lawyer asked.
03:57Yup, she answered.
03:58Were you keeping freak-offs secret from your friends?
04:01Yes.
04:01She asked for a break early on in the cross-examination,
04:05and then when they were waiting to come back,
04:07she was holding what appeared to be a rosary
04:09or some beads or something and going through them.
04:12Combs' mother once again in court,
04:14despite having to listen to stomach-churning testimony.
04:18How's she holding up?
04:19Cassie's husband, actor Alex Fine, is also there
04:22and has been glaring at Combs
04:23as he listens to the shocking testimony.
04:26Later in the broadcast,
04:27we'll have a look at Cassie Ventura's story
04:29and how she ended up at the center
04:31of this high-profile criminal case.
04:33He is accused of being a serial road rager,
04:36arrested for allegedly attacking
04:38almost a dozen other motorists,
04:40mostly women in Los Angeles.
04:42And he's been arrested again, this time in Hawaii,
04:45accused of punching a teenage girl
04:47right through her car window.
04:49Jim Murray has more.
04:51Two years ago,
04:51this raging driver carrying a metal pipe
04:54leaped out of his Tesla on a busy Los Angeles highway
04:57and started smashing the pickup behind him.
05:01The shocking attack was caught on dash cam.
05:04That's not all.
05:05Moments earlier, the same driver
05:07was caught committing another act of road rage.
05:11After the road rage video got lots of attention,
05:13other motorists came forward to claim
05:15they were also victims of his out-of-control temper.
05:18Nathaniel Radomak was sentenced to five years in prison
05:21in Los Angeles in 2023.
05:23Get this, he was released
05:25after serving just 10 months behind bars
05:28due to overcrowding conditions.
05:29After getting out of jail,
05:31Radomak apparently moved to Hawaii to start a new life.
05:34Now comes an astonishing development.
05:36Cops say he was just involved in another road rage assault.
05:41After a teen driver,
05:41whose mom was teaching her how to parallel park,
05:43asked him to slow down.
05:45That apparently triggered the crazed man to lash out.
05:49Cops say he punched the teen driver
05:51through her car window,
05:52then he lunged at the mom after she confronted him.
05:56He came running across the street,
05:58punched me right in my eye right here.
06:00Surveillance footage shows him fleeing
06:02right after the attack,
06:03running through a stop sign.
06:05Cops arrested the 39-year-old suspect
06:07and towed away his Tesla.
06:09Here he is today, bruised, swollen, and bloodied
06:13after prison officials say he was assaulted by inmates
06:16where he's being held.
06:17We found criminal charges against him
06:19in nine different states.
06:21Convictions include assault, vandalism, elder abuse,
06:25criminal threats, stalking, theft,
06:27and driving without a license.
06:29Now his road rage victims in LA and Hawaii
06:32say they are furious that Radomak
06:34was released early from prison.
06:35Finally, it appears the road rage driver
06:38is getting a taste of his own medicine.
06:40Radomak's criminal history goes back two decades.
06:43In a road rage arrest in 2020,
06:45cops allegedly found steroids
06:47and $30,000 cash in his vehicle.
06:50This woman went hiking in the rugged
06:52Sierra Nevada mountain range in Central California.
06:55She ended up lost for three weeks.
06:57Her family feared the worst,
06:59but then got the best news of all.
07:00She was alive after hunkering down in a cabin
07:04that had been left open for emergencies.
07:06Stephen Fabian has details.
07:08Lucky to be alive.
07:1027-year-old Tiffany Slayton was missing for three weeks
07:13in the Sierra Nevadas in California.
07:16Tiffany, who was about to start medical school,
07:18set out on a solo trip with her electric bike,
07:21towing her tent and gear.
07:22Her parents last heard from her on April 20th.
07:26That same day, she was seen in this surveillance video
07:29outside a store in Huntington Lake, California.
07:31Then she disappeared.
07:33The weather where Tiffany went missing
07:35has been treacherous with blizzard and icy conditions,
07:39making the search extremely difficult.
07:42There was no sign of her and authorities feared the worst.
07:46Then a miracle.
07:48Christopher Gutierrez, who owns a resort in the mountains,
07:51went to check on his property and got quite the surprise.
07:54We see the door open and I see some shoes down there
07:57and she pops out, didn't say a word,
08:00just ran up and all she wanted was a hug.
08:02Christopher leaves the cabins unlocked
08:04during the off season for hikers who are tired or injured.
08:08When he discovered Tiffany, she was starving.
08:10All she wanted was a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
08:13Her parents, Bobby and Fredrina,
08:15were on their way from Georgia to join the search
08:17when they received a call from Tiffany.
08:19To hear her voice, I can't even put it into words
08:24how excited I was.
08:25She said, I'm sorry.
08:30She said, Dad, I'm alive and I'm sorry, but I'm alive.
08:36We're blown away.
08:37We don't know how she got from where she was last seen
08:41to where she ended up given the conditions.
08:44This is the stuff that books are written about.
08:47That trip was part of Tiffany's bucket list
08:49to hike in all 50 states.

09:03Here's what he had to say.

09:08he's facing harsh criticism from none other than the boss,
09:11Bruce Springsteen.
09:12There's some very weird, strange,

11:18It's a despicable conduct.
