00:57then manage rule we're going to add three rules here for three different colors so new rule and

01:03you're going to use formula the first one is going to be for red color so it's going to be equal to say

01:10b2 if you have dollar sign get rid of it manually or press f4 three times like this and it's gone so it's

01:16going to say less than or equal to 30. if you have any numbers below 30 go to format here click on font and

01:25change the color to red like this and click ok and click ok now you can see you have one rule here

01:31just as a test click ok for now and you can see if you put anything below 30 let's say 12 you can see

01:37that your bar chart is starting to turn to red but anything above 30 say 31 nothing has been defined

01:44quite yet so click on c2 again go conditional formatting manage rule and we're going to add two rules

01:49consecutively here new rule this one's going to be for the orange so orange is uh there's two condition

01:56you're going to use n b2 right press f4 three times it's going to say less than or equal to say 80

02:05second argument will be b2 press f4 three times to get rid of dollar sign it's going to be greater than

02:1230 so it's creating a bracket which means anything between 30 to 80 you're going to say font you're

02:21going to say you're going to assign to orange like this right and once that's done click ok this is the

02:27second rule and the final rule would be for green so green will cover all bases which means anything

02:34above 80 like that get rid of it greater than 80 like this so you got format font automatic sorry the

02:45color change from automatic to green and click ok and ok and ok one more time you can see that

02:51it's starting to take shape so anything above 80 is green anything below 80 would be orange and

02:59anything below 30 will be red so once that's done you're gonna drag this thing all the way down and

03:05apply to all the rows in your data set here and now if you make changes like that let's say for example

03:1144 i don't know 72 32 you can see that it's starting to change according to the number that you assign

03:20not only the size of the bar chart and also the color as well
