00:00It's genuinely so attractive when people are so secure in themselves. They don't try to compete
00:04or compare. They're not threatened by other people's success. They just know who they are.
00:07So when they meet other people and see them succeed, they know how to kind of sit back and
00:11let them have their moments. And to me, the ability to sit in someone else's joy, pain,
00:15or spotlight without needing to redirect attention is very impressive. Because that's what kind of
00:19shows that their identity isn't built on this external validation. They don't need to be in
00:23the center, which means that they believe there's room for everyone to win. And to meet someone with
00:27that much grace and emotional intelligence, like I'm instantly attracted to that person because of
00:31that. Most of the time, people compare a lot with others. So when others are doing well, it's easy
00:35to downplay their success and kind of feel insecure. And by doing so, they try to justify their lack of
00:40consistency in their effort. But people that are secure, they know that someone else winning doesn't
00:44mean that they're losing. They have nothing to prove, so they can clap without hesitation.
00:48And seeing people like that changes you. It just makes you want to be better. And you also slowly
00:52learn that supporting other people doesn't really cost you anything. So at the end, you start wishing
00:56other people well as well as yourself. And that is such an admirable thing. I think I'm mainly
01:00attracted to people that I can learn a lot from. In a world of so much pressure and expectation,
01:04it's really easy to feel insecure. And surrounding yourself with people that are so secure can help
01:09you to have self-confidence. And people like that are the most attracted people in my opinion.
