02:41wears her collaborating with her is a huge deal for just fab so okay i will get the ball rolling
02:47and obviously kim then you can pick it up from there think about where we need to go as a brand
02:51what interviews we can do we want to maximize our presence there sandra we need lots of marketing

04:31slip that in we have what no brick and mortar has we have 10 over 10 million members that we can drive
04:36into any location i've been saying this since day one and i totally agree i'm very i know i know

06:26then you know lianka is going to be there for kimora i'm going to utilize lianka when she's not
06:31with kimora and then you guys are sort of going to be my eyes and ears here unfortunately i just
06:36don't have the budget to send everyone on the team okay cool right on we're still a big part of fashion
06:43week because we're getting her all the things that kim needs and totally in the meantime since we have a
06:51couple weeks until the show i want to try to book kimora for as many interviews as we can i'd like to
06:57set up my own meetings with magazines while i'm there might as well show them what we have coming
07:01out in the next few months so i could really use your help okay i'll probably give people style watch

09:08with the most high-end designers means everything for just fab even if i have to run around the city
09:13and become a sweaty pig i'm not gonna look super glamorous but it'll be worth it because we'll get good

09:38i'm excited so it's going to be a pretty hectic week and i feel like this is a really good time for
09:43you to help with some of the pr things that i have going on you know my job is to manage how just

09:56give you the opportunity to help me in a much more active role in new york than you probably normally

10:06shoot producer and while i do a lot of kimura whispering i've never done pr work but i got this

11:06order different cups smaller cups but i like my big water cup it keeps me hydrated during the book
11:18is there anything else that we have to do for fashion week we have to make sure that the shoes are

13:09so charlotte was kind enough to send us some of her mood boards for the collection so hopefully
13:15we can pick shoes that will really match what she needs so cute and i figured we could use a little
13:21angela helps and you know this is what she does for a living and all i think that this is such a
13:25great opportunity for us and i appreciate your help because i want to make sure that we're sending
13:30like exactly what we think is going to represent us the best this is so exciting i know um i do feel
13:37like the collection it's all very ladylike we have a lot of shoes that complement that
13:43like this is really great right here it's very ladylike to me and you know yeah i know that they
13:49want some neutral looks grays blacks tans nice we love those the merch team also gave us a few
13:56prototypes of their new shoes that are coming out that we didn't have necessarily in stock but they're
14:01just so awesome that i figured we'd bring them in just to see if these could work chills yeah i really
14:07love these i love the mixed materials as well as black and white black and cream i mean i love these
14:14shoes my concern is obviously as the prototype i mean you're looking at our only pairs if we send
14:21these and something breaks or a shoe goes missing we aren't going to have anything else to send right
14:27but i want to send them our best options so let's box these up and we can get them off to charlotte's
14:34i'm here in new york city sandra and i flew in two days early to get everything set up on the ground
15:01here i'm about to go up to the fitting for the charlotte ronson fashion show
15:08we're hoping that everything got there we hope that they have everything that they need
15:14i'm here just to make sure that everything's smooth they don't need anything else before the

15:29yeah yeah the neutrals really work best because they're you know the collections lots of blues and
15:34greens and turquoises so it's really nice to have either the contrast the black or ivory it looks like
15:41those shoes should not have been sent here yeah when i saw all of those bright shoes mixed in with the
15:47neutrals i thought how does this happen these are wrong yeah they might not work
15:53if this box of shoes is here then where's the other box with the right shoes it's a really big
16:02deal that this box of shoes didn't arrive we don't have the shoes that we need so i need to figure out
16:08how we're going to get those shoes here fast hello they're totally the wrong shoes what happened we need
16:17to send the right shoes over there they didn't get the back of the shoe what's important now though
16:22is that we fix it here's the thing the show's on friday we really need to get all the neutral shoes
16:27you know all those styles that they requested let's get them those we need to have them like
16:31by thursday morning yeah i'm going to talk to lianka i think she's going tomorrow get it done okay
16:47i knew fashion week was going to be crazy but it is crazier than i could have ever expected
16:51the day before the charlotte ronson show and i got an email from charlotte ronson's team that
16:57one of the shoes is broken pretty much the worst case scenario so i'm going to go find a shoe
17:03repair place as a prototype they're in our only hair we want to wow the public and put our best foot forward
17:13literally a pair of shoes looks like the strap came out charlotte loves these prototype shoes and
17:23it is our only pair reinforce it stitch it back up but i need them today we have to get this fixed not
17:31just for this particular show but for a reputation in general i want to be known as the go-to brand i'd
17:37like to see us here for every single fashion week i can do my best and try to have it on save by
17:42life 4 30. you want to give me a call okay oh thank you very very much

18:09sarah and ashley sent the shoes with me the the wrong box i guess there was like a wrong box or
18:15something yes all these bright color shoes showed up so i have the right one that's awesome i'm really
18:22glad that one of the problems is solved but i still have to deal with the issue of the broken shoe
18:27and i'm sure there's something else that's going to come up kimora's having a sit down with the
18:31editor-in-chief of people's style watch so i just wanted to divide and conquer because i could use as
18:36many hands on deck as i can get i've been on the pr team for like two hours and already they put me to
18:43work but tonight tonight is fun can we go out and enjoy fashion night out i will i will be there

24:52we just built a new tv studio so we can do commercials editing all of our own photo shoots

25:09that's really what it's about these days now we're doing really well and it's so exciting to see
25:14how those worlds come together and we're based in la which is a little weird for me it's been a year

27:01mall kimora is actually in new york for fashion week and if she's not involved in the uh final decision

27:17some properties i've gotten some architectural plans together i know kimora is going to have a
27:22fit because i didn't include her but sometimes the big boss has to pull the trigger now we are making

37:34there but not to worry i was proactive and i sent some product there so oh that's great i'm glad you
37:40did that that's great yes i mean the press has been insane okay so i'm so appreciative that you were
37:48there to help out because did you enjoy it did you like wearing the pr hat so to speak i did i
37:54actually loved it i felt like i was kind of in my element well i mean listen you know ashley's leaving
38:01and while i'm really bummed i think this gives us a little opening we would love to sort of see you
38:07help us out on the pr team a little bit more oh that would be great would i be like getting a promotion
38:12well let's not get ahead of ourselves um i think you should look at it as an opportunity
38:20so it's more like more work more responsibility okay so maybe it's not a full promotion but this
38:27is a great opportunity for me to be a part of pr boom drops the mic
38:44today's the company's three-year anniversary and we are throwing a big party to celebrate
38:50can everybody gather around
38:51before we start it's a big day we're celebrating our three-year anniversary so thank you guys
39:13we've made it through so much you have so much to be proud of you guys have really
39:17risen to the occasion yes we got a long way to go we have a lot that we need to accomplish but
39:23what a great year it's been and we couldn't have done it without you guys so thank you for all the hard

39:37i have a very important announcement something i think is going to change our business
39:42you know we've taken over fashion you know the way that women shop for shoes and handbags online
39:52we're now taking that to a whole new level but it's going to be in our own retail flagship location
39:56it is really exciting to see the team so pumped up about us going to retail don camora and i we
40:09believe in it it's great they believe in it too so thank you guys congratulations you're so fabulous and
40:16this year's been really interesting um there was a point in the year where i didn't know where
40:31my career was going move two steps that way go this way i'm confused as hell you're giving me mass confusion
40:38but now i kind of have had a reawakening what do you have we have valor girls for you
40:44i think it's off to a great start i'm happy you'll be happy too yes cheers to a great third year
40:55looking forward to number four number four we're not going to pray a couple billion dollar company
41:00i'm taking some risks i think the whole year was a risk i mean i feel like everything we did this year
41:05was like for like risks that paid off can i get an 11 okay start the live feed
41:18i'm proud to play a small part in our success i think you did a really good job
41:23seriously remember when you were fighting against allison on that new photo
41:28there were some rocky moments for the team i don't want us to rush to get to that nude shot at
41:35the end seriously annoying we just got your pick you frown when you talk did anybody ever tell you that
41:42but everyone learned to work together and next year we're going to have the experience to go big
41:47it's been an awesome year
41:53saying this year has been a roller coaster would be an understatement launching a new dress line
42:00definitely had its ups and downs this is different this is different this is different and they're
42:04all hot why would you leave them out i don't agree with that at all to um kimura setting me up on a date
42:12which is here all right good to meet you a really crazy intense year a year i'd say i will remember
42:21remember like how we hated each other for a brief second we're supposed to be a team here we're trying
42:26to be a team but you have a leader and you're not communicating like no one okay just leave

42:35i never hated you i think it's just we had too much of a life
42:39wow i don't think i've ever cried or laughed as much as i did this year like me and leslie
42:44started off as frenemies but she ended up being a true friend she actually helped me out in the
42:49viral video i couldn't have done it without her thank you leslie you were fierce you were working
42:57it was really cool cheers look in the eye i don't have any bad sex in my life there you go
43:04every business has its ups and downs and i know that i can be demanding
43:08you do not get paid to be yes people tell the truth i have a really big mouth i have a lot
43:12of opinions and i will be heard but it's all in the name of love i absolutely love my team you're
43:19so yummy and delicious and flattering i just love you johnny i love you and the future
