00:00Let's talk about what is going on with the U.S. and Russia and these supposed peace talks.
00:08So, you know, whoever's going to Moscow to meet with, I think it's Wyckoff, went to Moscow to meet with the Russian government.
00:16And they're going to talk about this peace plan and peace proposal that sounds suspiciously a lot like what U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth laid out back in February.
00:27I hate to keep going back to that.
00:28And as this is going on, as as a representative is being a U.S. representative is being sent to Moscow, a car bomb killed a Russian general in Moscow.
00:41And I have talked about this for the last three years because even the Western media has admitted this over the last at least the last two years.
00:52And this is a New York Times article, The Spy War, how the CIA secretly helped Ukraine fight Putin.
00:57And it didn't start in 2022. It says for more than a decade.
01:02So we're talking about from 2014 onward, the United States has matured a nurtured a secret intelligence partnership with Ukraine that is now critical for both countries encountering Russia.
01:14And basically what this article describes, and we've gone over this many, many times, is how the U.S. didn't just politically capture Ukraine in Kiev, installing a client regime, handpicked client regime into power, which includes people like Zelensky and his inner circle.
01:29They also institutionally captured Ukraine's military and military intelligence networks, military and civil, you know, the SBU and military intelligence, all of them.
01:39And I think there's another, a G-U-R in Ukraine.
01:46It's a very similar model to Russia, even though Ukraine pretends they have nothing to do with Russia, but a lot of it mirrors Russia's system.
01:53And they admit how the CIA completely reorganized it.
01:56They created entire units of intelligence operators, including armed commandos that carried out armed operations in Russian-held territory.
02:07We're killing Russian CIA-trained and backed operators, killing Russians in Russian-held territory.
02:14And one of their star pupils was, let's, this is a long article.
02:22Here he is, Budinov.
02:23I think people who are following the conflict are very familiar with Budinov.
02:27He is now the head of Ukrainian intelligence.
02:32And what has he done?
02:33He has bragged about how Ukraine has assassinated here journalists, which Newsweek has no problem referring to as propagandists,
02:42to justify it, to vilify them, and justify killing journalists simply for reporting at that time things that the Western media is now openly reporting and agreeing with.
02:55Not just that, but they also admit the killing of a Russian general shows Ukraine's spies remain lethal.
03:01So the same bunch of spies are killing Russian generals, other officers in Moscow.
03:06This was from 2024.
03:08This wasn't this most recent incident.
03:10And now this most recent incident, just two days ago, via BBC, senior Russian general killed by a car bomb in Moscow.
03:19He's walking by the car, and the explosive was detonated, I think, remotely.
03:24That's what they're saying.
03:26And so Trump envoy meets Putin hours after Moscow killing a Russian general.
03:32And what I'm trying to explain here is the U.S. took over Ukraine, every aspect of Ukraine politically, in terms of intelligence, militarily.
03:41They reshaped these institutions to serve as an extension of American aggression vis-a-vis Russia.
03:47This is a U.S. war against Russia, and they are killing Russians simply using Ukrainians as intermediaries.
03:55They reshaped Ukraine's intelligence agencies, and they are using them against Russia.
04:01It is U.S.-trained and backed, CIA-trained and backed operators killing Russian generals in Moscow right now as the U.S. poses as some sort of mediator between Russia and Ukraine.
04:15It is obscene.
04:17It is, again, Rashid, as you say, it's insulting to the intelligence of the general public.
04:23And this is what's going on as the U.S. pretends it wants peace.
04:26Now, you don't do things like this if you want peace.
04:30At any time, the first 24 hours President Trump was in office, he could have pulled the plug on all U.S. funding, arms, and support for Ukraine.
04:41He could have told the CIA, you're out, out of Ukraine, pack your bags, you're gone.
04:46You're out.
04:46I'm the commander-in-chief, and I'm saying you're leaving Ukraine.
04:53And then now you've washed your hands of Ukraine, and if we're going to pretend that Europe is on their own program and they want to keep pushing, then so be it.
05:04But they didn't do that.
05:06And why did they not do that?
05:07Because they don't want peace.
05:08They want to freeze this war so they can fight it and win it another day, just like they did with Syria, just like Trump did himself when he came into office, the first term in office.
05:17He said, oh, I'm going to end all these programs backing the rebels in Syria.
05:21Obviously, all those programs continued because of those exact same rebels actually eventually overthrew the Syrian government right at the end of Biden's administration.
05:31Rashid, before my head explodes, before a vein pops in my head, could you please share your thoughts on this?
05:41Well, it's all political theater.
05:43I've been saying this and saying this ad nauseum.
05:46There is no way that the United States funds a nation, pays the pensions of soldiers and the civil servants, has infiltrated the intelligence service, has their special forces and British special forces guarding the so-called president and higher-up administration officials.
06:11And then Zelensky has a free hand to disobey the United States.
06:16And I ask everyone, show me where in the history of empire was that ever allowed?
06:23No one can point to any time in American empire where they paid for everything, trained, supplied all the weapons, the intelligence and everything, and then allowed for their puppet in power to disobey them, to buck up against them,
06:41and to do what Zelensky did with this political kabuki theater in Washington, D.C. against Vance and Trump.
06:49And then all of this is a head fake.
06:52According to the definition of head fake, according to Google, it says head fake is a noun.
06:58It is an act of moving the head in such a way as to deceive an opponent as to one's intended direction or move.
07:06That's what we're watching.
07:08All of this is political theater.
07:09When you hear people say, well, Zelensky is such and such, and he's stubborn and he won't obey.
07:17And then I throw back at them and I'll say, well, all America has to do is cut the funding, cut the weapons, or just go in there like they did other leaders that they were tired of and just depose them.
07:29If they were so outraged with this, why aren't they deposing him like they did other leaders?
07:36They went into Venezuela and deposed Hugo Chavez, and he was the elected official.
07:43He wasn't a puppet.
07:44They went into Haiti and removed Aristide from power.
07:49They went into Iraq.
07:51They went into Libya.
07:51And you're telling me a leader that is surrounded by British and U.S. special forces that gets real life intel can disobey the empire and just ignore them.
08:03And all of this is theater because, first of all, Zelensky needs that kind of backing at home to say, well, I stood up to America.
08:13That way that keeps its legitimacy.
08:15And at the same time, it gives America plausible deniability to say, hey, we did everything.
08:21If things don't work out, we did everything we can, we're done with.
08:26The empire is positioning itself that if things go south, further south, then they can wash their hands and say, well, we have no egg on our face.
08:36We tried to sue for peace, but nobody, no one asked, well, how did the war come about and how is the war being maintained?
08:44If you tried to sue for peace, then why are you transferring weapons, intelligence and money and still training and backing the belligerent party in the discussion?
08:59Why isn't anyone saying that?
09:00Exactly. It is literally the U.S. waging war on Russia.
09:07There is a New York, another New York Times article, a more recent one that admitted that there are U.S. generals at the top of Ukraine's chain of command,
09:14deciding absolutely everything that is taking place inside Ukraine on the battlefield and also in regards to targets inside Russia that, you know, Ukraine,
09:23the U.S. is picking out and giving Ukraine the capabilities to go strike.
09:30And so suddenly we're supposed to believe that now President Trump wants out, but he can't.
09:34It's impossible for him to get out when every single aspect of this war has been enabled and pushed forward by the United States.
09:43And people are, and just like you say, it is a head fake because it's supposed to be just like they're doing with Iran.
09:48They want to appear that they are the ones pursuing diplomacy.
09:51And we just we just heard it. We just heard it.
09:54President Trump was just I don't know if people were following this.
09:58Trump threatens Putin with sanctions after one on one Vatican chat with Zelensky.
10:02And he was talking about, oh, you know, maybe maybe President Putin just doesn't want peace.
10:08Maybe he's just a bloodthirsty warmonger.
10:10This is the exact plan that the U.S. has set out for years and years to try to corner Iran, portray Iran as the aggressor and justify maximum pressure against Iran.
10:23Now they're doing the exact same thing for Russia.
10:27I tried. I wanted peace with Russia.
10:29And they were just being impossible.
10:31They wouldn't they wouldn't agree to anything.
10:33They won't agree to simply disarm themselves, pack up, go home and just and let us send European troops into Ukraine and freeze the conflict exactly like what we did in Syria before we eventually overthrew, not just overthrew Syria, but further isolated Iran.
10:55And now we're on the on the verge of going to war with Iran itself.
10:58Russia is not stupid.
10:59They can see what the U.S. is doing.
11:01They're seeing that the U.S. is doing the exact same thing to them.
11:05And so, of course, they're not going to agree to any of this.
11:07How many times has the U.S. and its proxies, including Europe, Europe is politically captured by the U.S.?
11:13How many times? Minsk one, Minsk two, the agreement in Istanbul and even even the ceasefires that the U.S. set up with the with the Russians.
11:25And then Ukraine is carrying out strikes on energy infrastructure inside Russia.
11:29Who's giving them the intelligence and the capability to do that?
11:32The CIA and these U.S. generals were still at the top of the chain of command of the Ukrainian military.
11:38So it is it is a complete joke.
11:40And anyone who is informed can see straight through it.
11:43Unfortunately, far too many people, even people who are informed, their emotions are taking hold of them and is blinding to them.
11:51They want peace between the U.S. and Russia so badly they're willing to ignore the reality that this is a U.S. war on Russia.
11:59And if they wanted to end it, just like Trump said he would, he could have done it on the first day.
12:04Same goes for Israel.
12:06If the U.S. wants Israel to stop wiping out the Palestinians, carrying out genocide, provoking war with all of its neighbors, just like you say, Rashid, just pull the pull the weapons.
12:17It is physically impossible for them to carry out these military operations without a constant flow of weapons, money, political, military support from the United States.
12:27And so when this is not happening, it's because Washington doesn't want it to happen.
12:32Like you say, they overthrew the government in Syria, even with Russia and Iran defending the government in Damascus.
12:38But they can't overthrow Zelensky, who's, like you said, surrounded by U.S. and British and European generals and intelligence officers.
12:48Get real. Get real.
12:50It's just it's just hard to believe.
